After decades of experience in project management and operations leadership, we recognized a gap in all of the software platforms available to assist with project delivery. With offerings for almost every phase of a project, there was not one that standardized and simplified the post-mortem process – a key element to identifying and operationalizing continuous improvement. Thus was born Empiric Leap, an easy-to-use, easy-to-implement project retrospective system.
